Spiritual Development
One may choose to become more spiritual, and if this is a choice you have made, know that spiritual development does not follow a single prescribed path. At the same time, besides the dedication that is required, there are definite skills or awareness’s one must have regardless of the way you have chosen.
If you already have developed some deeper spiritual awareness, the material here will help you enhance it. In the previous sections, we have developed our understanding of the nature of what we are and that of the Cosmos in which we exist. In this section, we build on the first two areas to touch on personal growth, life paths, and the lessons we can learn by listening to our own lives. We will also provide awareness of basic meditation and associated skills and some insights into them. These will help you to build a new way or expand on your current way of relating to the world around you. This will include an increased sense of purpose, and spiritual or psychic awareness.
