I cannot log into the Members Side
If you have problems accessing the site please send an email to support as listed in Contact Us as the site should be functioning at all times, except during periods of maintenance. Members will be notified of any scheduled downtime. If you are a new member, be aware that it can take up to seven days to active new memberships. Email us with your concerns or questions to the Membership as listed in Contact Us.
I cannot access certain features of the site
Verify that you are logged in as some of the material is only available to members. Please, report all problems related to opening or viewing the website pages, downloading files or access to any other features on the Forum board Forum Related under Issue Tracking. Include as much information as possible about the problem, when and how it occurred and whether or not you were logged in. We will be monitoring this Board and will follow up on issues as soon as possible.
I cannot access the Forum
If you cannot access the Forum first try shutting you browser down and then restart it. If the problem persists send an email to Site Support as listed in Contact Us with as much detail as possible including when the problem occurred.
I am having problems paying my dues
If you are experiencing problems with paying your dues please contact Membership as listed in Contact Us and include as much detail as possible about how the problem occurred and when. We will work to resolve your problem as soon as possible.
I cannot open the Honesty Table for Exercise 2
At this time, the Honesty spreadsheet is only available in Microsoft 2003 and 2010 formats. Do let us know what software you would prefer to use by emailing Site Support as listed in Contact Us. We will look at supporting additional formats in the future.
I have an issue with another site member
All site members are to uphold the values of this site as explained on the Vision and Mission page. Consider your interaction with the person and if you believe they are violating any of the site values inform Membership as listed in Contact Us. Include in your email the name of the person and which board the problem post was on along with the date and time. We will review the dialogue that took place and will determine what to do. The seriousness of the violaton will determine whether a warning will be issued or their membership suspended or revoked.
I have a problem joining or renewing my membership
Report any problems you have when joining the site or renewing your membership send an email to Membership as listed in Contact Us. We will work to resolve you issues as quickly as possible. If this should delay your access to the site your anniversary date will be adjusted accordingly.
